Is the courier app paid separately?

No, it is included in every plan. The plan only sets the number of couriers: 3 on Plus, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Max.

Can one courier work for several stores?

Yes. Couriers switch between stores in the same app, and each store’s orders are shown separately.

Is the courier’s location always tracked?

Location is sent while tracking is on in the app. Couriers can switch it off on their profile page.

No new order gets missed

As soon as an order is assigned, the courier’s phone gets a notification with a sound. It arrives even when the app is closed.

The order card shows the address, the amount and how much the courier earns from it. If the order is reassigned or cancelled, the courier knows immediately too.

Routes to the branch and the customer

The order page opens with a map: first the route to the branch, then, once the order is picked up, the route to the customer. Calling the customer or opening navigation takes one tap.

The customer’s note, entrance and floor, and a «leave at the door» request are on the same page. When the order is delivered, the courier closes it with a swipe.

Shifts and cash tracking

Couriers open a shift when they start work. During the shift they see how many orders they delivered, what they earned and how much cash they are holding.

Only the store closes a shift: the courier hands over the cash, and the panel shows the expected amount, the amount received and any difference. Shifts and the live courier map come with Pro and Max.

Courier pay is calculated for you

You give each courier a pay rate: a fixed amount per order, a percentage of the delivery fee, or both. Earnings are recorded the moment an order is delivered.

Couriers see today’s, this week’s and this month’s earnings in the app, and you see the totals for every courier in the panel.

Every courier on a live map

The panel shows couriers on a map with their direction of travel. You see at a glance who is on the way, who is free and who has gone quiet.

When you assign an order, you see each courier’s distance to the branch and an estimated time. Couriers who are off shift cannot be given orders.
